I like that the price is cheaper than the store and it comes with free shipping. Otherwise, buying dog food means I have to travel to a specialty store to get the specific food and it usually costs $10 more per bag. However, I have found that if my order is scheduled to ship from Petflow the week after a holiday, the ship date is just not going to be reliable. This is very frustrating for me because I then end up having to go buy a smaller bag of food from the specialty store and then I lose a portion of the cost savings because smaller bags cost more per lb. gah!

I THINK YOU HAVE GREAT PRICES BUT THE CANS EACH TIME CAME SO DENTED AND WHEN OPENED GREEN MOLE INSIDE WAS HORRIBLE. IT IS NOT SHIPPING ISSUE. THESE CANS HAVE TO BE COMING OUT OF THE FACTORY LIKE THIS. THE PRICES ARE GREAT BUT DAMAGES ARE GREATER AND NOT SURE GOING TO KEEP ORDERING. 2ND ORDER WORSE THAN THE FIRST

I ordered 2 different brands of cat food and they came from 2 different places. The one that came from New Jersey was fine (although it took about 5 days longer to arrive). The one from Nevada was the problem. My apartment complex accepts packages in the main office for us. I got a call at work to PLEASE come get the package because it smelled. 'Smelled' wasn't a strong enough word. It smelled like something DIED in it. Some of the cans had leaked and all the cans were covered in rotted stinky cat food. The box had no damage on the outside so it SEEMS like they were sent that way.... I called and they replaced the cases (I pitched the entire box straight into the dumpster) but it took another week to get the replacement and the other half of my shipment from NJ was still 5 days off. I had to run out and buy cat food to hold us over. Their prices were marginally better than wag but I'd MUCH rather pay the little bit extra, have my food in two days, and have it arrive usable.

PetFlow does a good job of shipping and they try to get orders completed in a reasonable amount of time. I had an issue with my scheduled order that was caused in part by the manufacturer of my prescription cat food. The information about one of Hill's Prescription wet cat foods was not handled well and caused a delay in shipping a part of my prescription food order that could have filled. Once this communication issue was resolved the part that could be shipped was sent promptly. Thank you PetFlow for working with me on this.

It was a little bit hard to understand the amounts in each bag or if it was sold individually. Even after speaking to the representative we found it confusing. I have been buying bully sticks for years, and when I receive my bully sticks most all of them were hollow. Hollow bully sticks don't last for any time at all. This means I now need to buy some more at the store in which I know they are not hollow but cost more. If you have any others that are not so hollow I would appreciate it so I can order them from you because I really think your prices are great. But this time I'm stuck paying twice. Also the filled bones were all dried out. Maybe I just got a bad box. ( which was smashed when it got here. ) I took 3 pictures of the smashed box. Love ur prices- not convinced if it's worth it. Would love to try again, hopefully I'll get better products , less confusion, and fresh product. I'd love to order here more often IF I can see some improvement. I've also sent our two sons to order from your site, hope their orders are better than mine. I just ask them to give u a chance and maybe I just got an off day. Many thanks

I was impressed with the ease of ordering and the timely delivery of my items. However, they were not able to ship the one item that I placed the order for and after charging me for it just reimbursed the cost. Then the vast majority of the cans I did receive were damaged. Being as they were dented cans I could have actually purchased them cheaper at my local retail store. So I really didn't see the advantage of ordering them online after all.

The pork pizzles were to tiny, the size for a chihuahua, donated them to a small breed rescue.

Ordered two things but only got one item delivered. That item is on back order now. :(
