If I can't find it locally, Petflow often has what I'm looking for. Other than a few problems with the cart page, it is easy to go through and find what I am looking for and speed through the checkout. I love free shipping.

I like the prices here, ease of getting products delivered to your door is great. Good selection of brands for my dog. Only issue I have is lack of product description. When I look at dog food I need to read everything about the product. Ingredients, nutrition facts, country of origen... Others sites I've visited have full photos of the product front and back, plus you can enlarge the image making it easier to view product labels. Can't zoom in on image on PF site. I have to spend extra time going to manufacturer's site to look up product info. Another example the other day I was looking at dog toys and t-shirts, couldn't zoom in on any image. If I can't get a good look I'm not buying. That's not ease of use for this website.

got what I needed, fair price though nothing special

My Scooter's pet bed came in less than a week. I like the quick delivery. My little 'baby' enjoyed his comfortable new bed. The softness lets him move it around for his comfort.

Great experience...you carry a unique food in a larger bag that we haven't found anywhere else.

I had received a coupon for your site and decided to give it a try. The free 2 day shipping is what got me to order as my pets food was getting low. Unfortunately, I placed the order over the 4th of July weekend so my order wasn't entered until July 5. I expected to receive my food by July 7. I did not get it until July 9. While I didn't have to pay for shipping, if you advertise 2 day shipping, it the product should arrive within 2 days of placing the order.
