I felt like the shipping cost of almost $5 for something that weighed around an ounce and then takes over a week to get from New Jersey to New York is just way over priced if it wouldn't have been that I bought the Groupon I would not have purcased from this company was first and last purchase due mainly the flat rate shipping for me to save any money I would have had to purchase even more products. I feel that for small orders they should do it by weight I'm just not satisfieed plus the product arrived smashed just luckily it is still useable.

I ordered the dog/cat food - was given a ship date of April 5. I planned on that for using the food I already have. The order shipped on the 9th and has not arrived yet. I had to go out and buy a small bag to hold me over - just what I'm trying to avoid. Honor the ship date - even if it's Good Friday or a holiday. If it's a holiday - don't use it as a ship date so one can plan on it.

Prices are signifigantly cheaper at retail stores in my area even with sales tax and the price of gas to get there added in. I will not be using this service

My cart had about $50 worth of merchandise. I elected to add more items in order to qualify for free 2-day shipping. What a crock. the free 2 day shipping actually took 6 days. I ended up having to buy food from my local shop before your shipment arrived. I was trying to save a few bucks, but ended up spending double becuase your shipment took too long and I couldn't let my dog starve while waiting for your "2 day" shipping. This really turned me off from your website and I even canceled my future shipments.

I've ordered food twice in the last two months. Each delivery arrived in broken boxes. The first shipment was simply beat up. The second shipment was completely open and the bags of food were beat to the point of splitting.

Had to call to get one half of my original order shipped to me. When it first arrived only one of two bags of dry dogfood was in the order. Since the bags were 24 and 30 pounds, respectively, it seems hard to me that it could have been missed in the shipping department. The tracking of the first deleiver was clearly showing only one bag. If this is how well the shipping department fills orders, I am glad I did not opt in for regular shipments.

The price from my first order went up $23. This was not clear and I am second guessing the honesty of this company.

well i saw this comerical on tv so i decided to try i orderd 2 bags of dog food 1 bag of nutru max lamb and rice stale (oops) then i got to the second bag of food of nutru max beef and rice almost stale but i had no morre dog food so they had to try it it was so hard i could not even break down chunks of food oh man is this how its going to be so i called for a refund i sent the upc codes back and they took another $$19.98 back out so now i must call back again monday there third bag og food came and fresh but it was in a foil type bag yea now what about the money i dont get it really petsmart here i come there delivery service is great but first i want my money now please
