Ordered on 9/13/18. It is now 9/20/18. Fedex reports my order will arrive on 9/24/18. My order was not free shipping. I paid the shipping, but I did not expect it to take 10-11 days. I turned around and ordered from ebay and I have already received the same product and at a lower price I typically use Chewy and my order arrives within 3 days. I saw Petflow and just thought I would try a new company. Will not be ordering from this company again. The product I am sure will be ok, but 10 to 11 days just isn't acceptable, especially when I paid the shipping cost. Not a good experience.

I will never deal with PetFlow again. They refused to accept my Vet's faxed prescription because "they do not do business that way." I also never heard from them about my order which they never filled.

Very bad not brought to suite left in public lobby. Lucky it wasn’t stolen. Awful delivery service

Won't be ordering from Petflow again. I ordered from Chewy.com on the same day as my petflow order. Received the Chewy the next day. The Petflow was a week later

I placed my order on a Wednesday. After not receiving or hearing anything on my package the following week, I sent an inquiry as my dog was running out of food. The reply I received stated that I was a fraud threat??? Now they have my credit card number and I had to go finding food last minute. I’m the one now worried they are going to fraudulently use my card.

I purchased a 30 lb bag of dog food, the bag I got was about 20 lbs. That’s almost a third missing. The bag was sealed, but it was not the correct weight. Considering it’s over 60$ to buy this bag I am pretty upset. Not interested in doing any further business with this company.

When you won't allow me to log in because you changed your password policy and I am waiting for you to send a link because the only option is I don't know my password is not acceptable

4 to 6 days to ship me a package of dog food. the pet store is 3min from my house. they lost my biz!
