I have ordered several orders with various items...food, treats, meds etc. The shipping process is lacking. Takes my orders at least a week to get delivered, no matter what service indicated. Last order was "not processed" . Called to ask about status of order, they apologized stated they would overnight it to me, since it had been 5 days and it was not processed, "still pending" The over night shipment, took another 5 days. WOW, no customer service here.

I get the bully sticks for my pup. He loves them, which is the only reason I will continue to get them from PetFlow (until a better deal comes along). On several occasions now, when my pack of sticks come in, the envelope is open!! Really?? Opened before I get it? Isn't that a felony? It makes me nervous that someone has been tampering with my dog's food. Maybe petflow needs to look into better packaging. I don't pay $5 for opened packages.

The order came one day later than was promised

Bought a few different flavors of Blue Buffalo dry cat food for my 4 felines and have to tell you none of them went wild over even one of the flavors; thought they would dive right in when I gave each a handful right out of the bag; would thoroughly enjoy the fresh flavorful ingredients touted by the company; was very disappointed. Was also hoping this new food would replace the small bags of cat treats I normally buy for them; even the one bag of Blue Buffalo Tuna treats was ignored by 3 out of 4 of my cats. Nonetheless; I mixed all the flavors I bought into one bag and they have to eat the Buffalo Blue food before I buy their normal brand.

I love the products and the pricing, and the free shipping, which seems very fast. But I orders something and was told it would ship right away--then it didn't ship for another week. I paid for the shipping on this order, even though Petflow gives away shipping very often. Two weeks to get some dog treats is too long, even if it is a bargain.

I was hesitant to order dog food over the internet. I wasn't sure how it would be packaged, would it get wet if the delivery guy left it outside my house if I wasn't home, would it be fresh, etc. I finally ordered 4 bags as they were having a sale on blue buffalo. I ordered 2 bags of one kind and 2 bags of another kind. All four bags came in about a week, packaged two bags per box which make it kind of heavy to move (60 lbs) each box. I was disappointed to open one box and find they sent the right brand but wrong flavor. I had to package it back up and take it to a fedex return store with a label Petflow sent me. I could have had Fedex pick it up but didn't want to leave it outside my house unattended and have someone steal it or have it get rained on. It was kind of a hassle and they didn't give an extra discount to me for the mix up. Not sure if I will order again which is a shame because I have 3 dobermans and was looking forward to ordering from petflow so I wouldn't have to haul dog food home from the store every few weeks.

I used to order from petflow more often, but lately I will only order if the price is right. Compared to Wag.com and Mrchewy.com, the prices are higher and the shipping time is too slow. I'm still waiting on an order I placed on 8/27. It says it should be delivered today, the 9th. That's almost 2 weeks, whereas the other 2 sites I receive my order in a couple of days. I placed an order this time because of the 25% off Blue Buffalo. It all boils down to price since i have 3 dogs and a cat. Whichever is cheaper at that moment, is where I'll order from. I will think twice though if it's cheaper at petflow depending on how quickly I need it.

This time I received my very expensive cat food with the bag torn (3-4" slice in bag) and food scattered in the box. Not sure how much was wasted before they put bag in box. I've been pleased with previous orders.
