I have ordered many, many times, & most of the time things arrive OK. However, I have had a problem with boxes arriving pretty banged up, & the dog food inside was not packed tight enough or with enough packing pouches, so some cans have been dented pretty badly. One time a few cans were dented so much that the cans popped open & dog food spilled onto all of the contents inside the box. A terrible mess! PetFlow reimbursed me for the cans that popped open, however it was a mess to clean up the other contents of the box. They should pack things a little better. I like the brands they carry, it is nice to have it delivered conveniently to my front door, & there is a big variety to choose from - food & many other products. .

The items arrived in perfect condition in brand new packaging. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because the delivery date got pushed back a day without explanation so it was delivered a day later than I expected it. But other than that it was a great first experience with PetFlow.

I've had a good experience so far. I ordered the wrong food, called and was able to correct it and return the food and get the bag I needed.

Delivery seems faster than competitors. Did receive one box with dented cans, but they sent out replacement!

I tend to be hesitant about ordering from online retailers I haven't used before. I'm glad to say our experience wasn't unpleasant. We ordered a case of dog food and two small items. Apparently the dog food is "prescription" so our vet had to be contacted first. The two small items arrived from a separate location 10 days after I placed the order. That seems a long time but then I'm used to Amazon Prime! For smalls such as this, I'll probably order from Amazon in the future. The food arrived in about 7 days which seemed more reasonable given my vet supposedly had to be called first. The jury is out to whether I'd order again. I might be willing to pay more to run a mile up the street to the vet for food. Still, my experience was easy enough that I will definitely give PetFlow a try another time.
