I have been using petflow for some time recently I have had nothing but trouble in getting my auto shipped orders . I have not been getting any emails when the next shipment will be arriving so I can make or change delivery time if I want . I have called and complained about this but apparently to deaf ears . Everyone said they would have someone look into this but I have heard back from no one . The last time I said I would just call in when I was ready for the next shipment . To my surprise they charged me an extra $10.00 because I didn't use the auto ship method . No one told me about this charge ether . Its got to the point where I might be cheaper and easier to order from PETSMART

Your company kept retrying my card over and over again and then cancelled my order because you had the wrong card numbers

Not my order First off, my name is not Larry. For some reason a bunch of strangers are ordering off my account. When I called to complain your representative told me something else I have must have been hacked because Petflow is very secure - although this is the only site I have issues with and continue to have issues with.

I received an email with a code for 15% off. I put an item in my cart, then when I put in the discount code. Then it said this code is expired. How could it be expired when I just received it? Very poor customer service

I had my discount cut from them because I canceled my usual order to change to a senior food but both of them were WELLNESS dry dog foods. They said I told the rep the wrong thing so he canceled my discount. When I called to speak with a supervisor, she gave me $10 off my next 3 orders but would not reinstate the discount I've had for years. I buy 60 lbs.monthly for 3 years! I've spent a fortune with PetFlow and this is how they treated me. I'll buy my pet food elsewhere now.

This is the second time my order has been delayed because the treats I ordered are not available at the wearhouse close to me however this time when I got my delayed order the cat food I ordered was not there. I appreciate that you are trying to save on shipping but in this case you are doing it to the detriment of your customer service. Wouldn't it be better to get people part of their order as soon as you can rather than making them wait for a bag of treats that would cost you less than $3 to ship separately? At this point I am not sure I am going to continue with your services.

I have been a customer of Petflow for over 5 years, but will not be using them ever again. I received an e-mail from Petflow for 15% my entire order. I went to the website to purchase a large bag of dog food. Upon checkout, the same discount code appeared in a pop-up window right next to my order. When I entered the code, it would not accept it and said that it expired. I called customer service and was very rudely told that the coupon code does not apply to all products. In both the e-mail and on screen there was no disclaimer and no statement that it cannot be used for certain products. These mails/coupons codes are extremely misleading and equate to false advertising.
