The website is very easy to use and easy to find specific products. Shipping can take longer than you might want though which is the only negative.

Unfortunately the bag of royal canin dachshund dry kibble was cut open, like with a box cutter. This resulted in the food spilling into the box. Also I am assuming it affects the freshness, since royal canin provides a zip lock style bag.

It would be really helpful if you kept the boxes max. weight 30 lbs. I ordered a couple month supply of cat food for my 4 cats. One of the boxes was 41 lbs. I could not get in upstairs to the kitchen of my split level home, without unpacking it on the porch and carrying in a few loads. Just because UPS will ship it, does not mean the customer and handle it. The cat wand toy was very cheap and lasted 2 hrs. Oh well. I Heart Cat has some good flyers.

customer service is very interested in your opinions of their site and presentation. I have been told they are working on improving the accessibility of products and easy navigation of the site.

Watch for sales. Free shipping threshold is a bit high. Good source for special dietary items for cats.

The web experience was great - the only thing I didn't like was having to get a prescription mailed for food - it delayed my order for over a week. I could understand for a medicine but for food, this seems excessive.

The prices on the Dog food could be a little better with Pet Flow, but the customer sevice is really great there though. The prices on Flea and Heartworm prevention is the absolute best, but I also think there should be a way to scan and e-mail My Dog's Revolution Prescription, instead of sending it in the regular mail at this time now.
