I've used PetFlow for several months now and their prices are very good and the delivery is always on time. However the last 2 times I;ve ordered I've used coupons. In the process, the coupons are accepted and a lower price is shown. Then when accepting the final sale price the coupon is not included and the original price is what is charged to the credit card. That price is still quite good, but I'm frustrated by the non acceptance of the coupon.

Website easy to navigates till it came to applying the discount, it allowed me to enter it but when it came to taking it off it didn't. I sent an email and they said they would credit on my next purchase. Not really crazy about that.

The site was great however the product not so much. I'm not clear if this survey is about the site or product as it says to rate my experience so I will say mediocre. The flea medicine is very oily and all 4 of my cats are losing fur from the spots. I followed the directions directly. However the site was way to use and shipping was as expected.

While my dogs loved the bully sticks the price is way to high for what you get. I could buy them steak cheaper.

Had to call to get instructions for a return. Need to have directions enclosed. Printed the return label but lost it. Worry that my return won't be processed correctly and I won't get a credit. I want to reorder but will wait to see if my return is correct.

I ordered cat food, received dog food. It took three contacts with customer service to get the dog food shipped back and the cat food sent. The phone reps I talked to seemed uncertain of how to handle this issue and I was given wrong instructions.

If you don't like going to the stores like me. This is the way to shop...except can food can only purchase in bulk. I like to get different flavors for my dogs. I wish I could purchase few cans of different flavors.

I placed an order 14 days ago and am still waiting to receive product. Prices were decent and shipping free over a certain amount so I decided to order. 3-5 day shipping time has turned into 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Called customer service and he said there was a mix up at the warehouse and I'll get it soon. I'm still waiting. I've had to go purchase more food locally to tide my dogs over which is what I was trying to avoid. Not real impressed for a first experience and probably won't recommend any time soon.
