My order did not ship on time. I had to call to find out what happened to it. The young man I talked to said he would send an email to inquire why it had not shipped ( it was prescription dog food). He said the hold up was my vet needed to update prescription and they had not responded. I went to my vet and they had not gotten a request from Petflow. That afternoon I called back since no one had called me. Got the same young man who said he had not gotten response to his email. I said how long does it take for them to respond -he said 2 hours. I said it’s been 5 hours! He then checked and email was there saying it had been shipped. He lied! Prescription was good til next August so never could get him to give me an answer as to why it was a week late being shipped. I was going out of state and was worried about my dog’s prescription food! Beverly Mitchell

My order was delayed. I expect to get an order when it is promised and this was delivered very late. I could not go out to pick up dog food because of the bad air quality due to the wildfires here in CA so it was awful not getting the food on time. If you are going to be in competition with companies like chewy.com who gets me my orders in 2-3 days I suggest you do something to fix this. Your customer service dept. wrote to tell me this happened because you are a small company and were out of stock. That was the icing on the cake for me. Don't think I will be placing another order with your company even though I got a $10 credit supposedly!

I ordered a Comfurt Collar for my cat because this was the only place that said it had it in stock. To get free shipping I added some of the food my pets eat. The food came within a couple of days, but I got an email that said my Comfurt Collar had to come from a separate warehouse so it would take an extra couple of days. After hearing nothing for a few days, I used the Live Chat and asked when the Comfurt Collar would be shipped. I was told It was out of stock but they were receiving a new shipment in 2 days. I called the morning they were supposed to receive the shipment and I was told my Comfurt Collar was being packaged and I should receive shipping information later that day (it was a Friday). I didn't receive any information so I called again in the early evening and they told me nothing had changed but they'd get back to me on Monday after the warehouse opened again (this was at least a full week from the original order). On Monday I got an email that said the Comfurt Collar was back-ordered and they had no estimation for when it would be back in stock. I'm so disappointed in this whole process. I would have ordered from somewhere else that had an estimation for when it would be back in stock had they just been honest with me in the first place.

Unable to cancel auto-ship on line. I can't speak on the phone due to disability and this is only way to cancel auto ship! ;-(((

I set up a automatic refill order with petflow.... but I found out my dog had to be on a special diet and i had to stop feeding that food. Now I find out that I am unable to just cancel the order online. After much researching it is clear that i will have to call and do this in person. While I am not apposed to calling someone, the whole point of doing business online is to avoid the hassle of calling someone. The fact that i am unable to either stop or cancel my order is beyond unacceptable and I will no longer use you. For the moment i have pushed my order out for several months to give me a chance to call but it makes me feel like a child to call and "ask permission" to cancel.

Terrible communication. Allowed the whole purchase procedure to go through, including contacting my vet, to then inform me that one item was unavailable.
