I was issued a new credit card and was able to add it and set it as the card to use for my autoship. I can’t remove the old card and orders still attempt to bill to old card. I could not get my dog food order. Had to go elsewhere. Before this, I was very happy with Petflow. I contacted Petflow and they put everything in order for me. Happy customer again!

Used to be a Chewy customer until I found your prices aren't all jacked up like theirs. They used to be reasonable, but it started getting out of hand. This website is just as good. If you are on the west coast, shipping might take longer depending on what you order. Other than that, everything was a great experience, easy to use site, sometimes promotions, good selection, arrives neatly packed and it's just everything you would expect.
