Promotional code that we got was today guaranteed shipping it came a week later other than that great place to get food from but who wants to wait a week for their dogs food

I bought 4 big bags of Earthborn grain free dog food. Normally I might not buy from Petflow, but there was a 30% off sale for this food so it was hard to pass up. I would consider buying this product again when it goes on sale. Otherwise, the local store is not much more expensive and they have a frequent buyer program as well

You get a discount on auto-refills but be aware, you cannot cancel it on the website. You must call and there was a wait to get to an operator. It felt shady because we all know it is possible to have subscription orders cancelled through the web.

Pet Flow has a large selection, but the headers that say it is 51% off or whatever the discount mentions, is deceiving. I purchase a larger bag of bully sticks at Costco for the same price the 12" bully sticks are on Pet Flow for less amount. I use quite a few bully sticks for my pups so I need the best price possible. The bully sticks smell is really bad. I guess that is why the dogs like them so much.

Great fast service however I bought a case of food and four of the cans where so dented I didn't feel it was safe to feed my dog so I had to throw them out.

I've ordered from PetFlow 3 times now. Every time the 26lb of dog food was damaged in shipment, sometimes full of bugs. The first time it happened I let them know and they immediately sent a new bag which was great. That bag was damaged too. I ordered one last time a couple months later and one of the bags was damaged again. I understand it's the shipping carrier who is damaging the shipment but either wrap the bags of dog food in shrink wrap or find some other way to protect the goods better. I've ordered online from many pet food suppliers and never had this happen once, let alone 3 times.

I love the sales but can't always wait for an undetermined amount of time to receive my dog food. I order from the other company, WAG.com which gives you a delivery date upfront before you place the order. When will you begin to do that?

I had to order several times because my vet didn't approve the prescription. My fiance had to add my name to my dogs profile at the vet so that it matched the prescription request.
