We have relied on you to deliver our dogs food for nearly a year - you blew it this time so I guess I'll go to commercial products - sorry for my dog. We will not deal with you again.

Shipping time was horrible! I ordered an in stock bag of dog food on a Tuesday and didn’t receive it until the Thursday, over a week later. The status was “shipping label created” for four days and then another five days to receive it.

DON'T USE THIS SITE!! They sold my e-mail address and now I get flooded with spam e-mails.

i was inform 3 days after i placed the order that because you didn't have some of the products they will come from an other facility, it will take 2-3 EXTRA business days to get me the supply. if i had known , i had go to the store ......

I decided to try your company and take the auto-ship discount. What you sent was dog food that expires in one month, when the expiration date should have read the year 2020. So what this tells me is that your auto ship program is just a way of your company getting rid of old stock. If a person was to walk into a retail store, bags of dog food with close approaching expiration dates would have been on a clearance shelf with discount of 50-75% off, and the buyer would then know why they are getting that discount. But if a person in your auto ship program, programs their shipment at lets say 6 week intervals, you send then a bag of dog food that expires at the 6 month interval. SHAME on you

I have been using Petflow for several years for my dog food. I recently noticed that they changed my order to a different kind of dog food that I never ordered, and they even changed my order history to reflect this other kind of food. When I complained to them, the person said it looks like I have been on that food for a long time now... which is NOT true. I feel that is a deceptive practice and will be purchasing my dog food elsewhere.

Petflow will spam the living $&!? out you. It doesn't seem to matter that I unsubscribe. What ever you do, don't let Petflow get your email address.

Very disappointed with the way my second order was handle. Two weeks later and still not per food. Will not order again from this site.
