I've ordered a prescription cat food twice from you people. Both times your website said you had it and both times quite a few days later I later got a message that said, "Oh, we don't actually have it." If you don't have it, don't say you have it. False advertising is no joke, especially for those of us who depend on honest pet food dealers to prevent our pets from dying from thyroid disease.

Great site, had product I wanted, facilitated approval from vet- all good, but the delivery didn’t match my order- right product, wrong size can and I’d ordered specifically from PF b/c they showed the half-can size I wanted as available but then shipped me full size cans - not what I wanted.

Unfortunately this experience was a disappointment. We feed our cat a very specialized diet, which there is now a nationwide shortage of. Petflow’s website said that it was in stock when, in fact, it wasn’t. They simply told me they had ANTICIPATED receiving a shipment from the manufacturer. I had to reach out 10 days after I placed my order to find out what was going on. Only then was I told I wouldn’t be receiving the food. Poor business practice in my opinion.

Good prices and fast shipping but don’t bother subscribing for anything because they always run out and when it’s ship time if they don’t have neither do you or your pet! It constantly happens to me and I have to quickly order from Walmart because you get notification saying they are out on the day it’s supposed to ship! If they didn’t have the lower price on my bird food I’d dump them in a minute!

My cat needs prescription Hills y/d. After going thru the verification process & stopping my search I was told you couldn't source it. Wasted time waiting. I was informed after the fact, wish I had known in the beginning.

My order was cancelled without any notification. It was a sizeable order on a brand new account but not providing notification was both inconvenient and has left me scrambling. The prices will result in me trying to order from petflow again but the experienced service to date has not been ideal.
