I was notified last Saturday my order was being sent to the warehouse for shipment. On Tuesday I hadn't heard anything and followed up - I was told the shipment would be sent soon. On Wed I received a shipment confirmed email with a tracking number. When I checked on the tracking number I found out the shipment had been delivered? We are out of town and I was watching th emails so I could alert a neighbor. By the time I received the information the package had been delivered. While I was happy to get the shipment your messaging informing me was lacking.

I love the idea of getting your pet food delivered. Saves you the inconvenient last minute trips to the store. I decided to do an auto subscription for my dog's food when there was a new customer deal. I believe it was 12% off. Great deal! No tax, free shipping AND 12% off! I jumped on it immediately. I signed up and scheduled (what i thought was) my first shipment to be on October 10. The total was going to be around 49 dollars per delivery! I save about 15 dollars! PERFECT! Until I looked at my bank account the next day and they had charged me the full price (still free shipping and no tax). I was puzzled. Theyre not suppose to charge until it ships and I specifically scheduled it for the 10th. About 3 weeks away! I logged into my petflow account and looked at the schedule... My delivery was going to be shipped on the 10th, but only AFTER they ship my first bag at full price. I was just a little annoyed because no where did it say that I had to buy a bag first at full price and THEN i will receive the 12% off. Its not THAT big of a deal, but its just the principle of it. I just felt a little duped and that could have been avoided if the terms were more transparent and clear at time of signing up. Other then that, so far so good?

Pet Flow has been great with sending bags of dried food, but my recent order for 2 cases of wet food contained one full case of badly dented cans. Since every can in the case was dented, i don't believe that this happened during delivery; they must have sent a case of badly dented cans.

Their price on the prescription cat food my cat requires was good on its own and really good with the additional discount. However, it took a while for them to get the required info from my cat's vet apparently. I received an email to that effect and then confusing information on what I needed to do to hasten the process. I didn't do anything but a few days later received an email saying the cat food had shipped. Hooray! Then two days later I received another email saying that my order was delayed because they were still having a hard time getting the needed information from my cat's vet. Which is true? I guess I will find out later this week when the food is supposed to arrive...

I placed my order with PetFlow on 9/19/14 after reading on their website "you will usually receive your order 2-3 days after you place it". However, I didn't even get notification that my order had shipped until I wrote to them on 9/23/14 asking where my order was. I finally got notification the next day (9/24/14) letting me know my order had shipped. I was also under the impression that my order would be shipped 2 day, but I didn't receive it until 9/29/14, a full 10 days after I placed it. That time would have been acceptable if PetFlow had been clear from the beginning about when I would receive my order. It became unacceptable when they promised one thing and did another.

I used Petflow.com because I had a 20% off coupon. Now that I have used the coupon I probably wouldn't use the service again. I have found a competing website that offers the same brands and free shipping the same as Petflow but for less money. Even if it is only a few dollars, in this economy every one counts.

Received wrong item, contacted company. They sent call tag to get the item back , in this case a case of Halo Spot stew, but apparently weren't concerned about shipping me the actual item I PAID for which was a Halo Pumpkin dental treat

We recv'd our order in a very timely manner but were disappointed to see that the boxes were packaged very poorly, denting some of the dog food cans. One can was dented so much that it was open in the box allowing wet dog food to leak out. Petflow was quick to address the problem and decided to 'credit' our account when we order again. This was our first order with Petflow.
