I ordered 3 big bags of dog food from you. I was told in an email that they would be shipped the following week. Imagine my surprise when I opened my front door and almost tripped over them the week before they were to be shipped. We're all lucky it didn't rain on them and ruin them since they were out in the weather. I am partially disabled and unable to carry the big bags. I depend on my family to come by my house and put the bags where they belong. I was able to get them inside the front door, but there they were at the mercy of 2 labradors who love to eat and my other dogs. Again, I lucked out.

I tried to order a large bag of Blue Buffalo for large dogs, and a large bag for small dogs. I did not want to get a reoccuring shipment of the small dog food so I went in and edited my future shipments. I never received the bag for the small dogs. So it seems like I was kind of tricked into placing an order for reoccuring food.

There were too many errors on charging my account, doubling charging me, late credit. Won't be using services again

Website could be a little more user friendly with better search capabilities and filters. It asked whether I wanted to have the dog food send immediately or wait a week. I opted for waiting a week, but to my surprise, the food arrived shortly after the order.

I still have not yet received my order. It was ordered on 6.13. If i would have known it would take this long, I would have never ordered it. i needed it for last weekend's trip, now i will not even have it for this weekend's trip. probably never order from this company again due to shipping taking way to long.

When I used my Groupon, it reduced my total so I didn't get free shipping, which for a first-time customer (I'm assuming they did the Groupon in order to bring in new customers) ticked me off. I made two attempts with customer service to explain why it didn't make sense, but to no avail. I won't be a repeat customer.

I was limited to to only 3 of the items that I wanted to buy, and what got me to the site was buy three ship for free but I had to pay for shipping which was more than my purchase and I don't even like the items I bought but I won't waste more money sending them back.

The FEDEX package was undamaged, yet the three cases of Evanger Rabbit were very poorly and loosely packed within the carton. There was a very unpleasant odor on two levels. First spoiled rotten food and second some kind of insect spray (Smelled like Malathron), The bottom row on one side of one case was crushed. The edge of the cardboard tray was also crushed yet the plastic wrap was intact. My guess: This one tray of 24 cans was previously damaged in the warehouse yet to fulfil the complete order it was sent to me. Everything was sprayed to mask the odor. I have thrown out the six affected cans and hope to be able to use the remainer. I shall, on the advice of my Vet will wash all the exteriors of the remaining cans with Clorox. Presently they still are contaminated and "stink"; thus cannot be moved in the house from the garage!
