When I first started buying Cadet piggy sticks they cost $9.99 a package. I was getting over 12 packs every month. Suddenly over nIght the price jumped to $ 11.99 per pack. Chatted on the live chat and was told you had no control over pricing and quality. Hesitantly I continued to get10-12 packs every month but found it unreasonable to notice that Pet Flow seemed to have no control over products they sell under their company’s name.Sounded fishy that a company doesn’t keep an eye on what was purchased by a supplier but I took a chance and continued to buy the product because my dogs really enjoyed the piggy sticks.the last order I received was vastly improved with some of the sticks being over 2 feet long and felt that the issue had been resolved. The next order once again showed up with almost 1 foot long pieces and very dried out. I went today to place an order but first I wanted to check on the Live Chat to see if there had been an error on my order. I was very surprised to find that the price of the product had risen again, this time to $24.99 a pack! Poor quality and a $13 price increased sealedthe deal. I will no longer be a Pet Flow customer and can not in good faith recommend Pet Flow. A $1200.00 per minimum yearly is unreasonable and I’m sure I can find somewhere else to spend my pet treat budget. I will no longer recommend your product and company.

Every time you have a sale, the products I try to buy don't qualify. Very deceiving. If you want to have a sale, make sure it includes ALL the products you sell. Also, you are selling products that are not even in stock. You canceled part of the order after almost a week because you didn't have the product in stock. In the meantime I ran out. I could have gone elsewhere.

Arrival date changed 3x

The food I order for my cat has been on backorder for 4 months now. I had to go back to my vet, get another prescription and buy the food from a different vendor... all because petflow could not obtain the food- Royal Canine prescription weight management dry cat food. This has cost me a lot of time and money to fix a problem petflow could have easily solved because the food is in abundance at Royal canine- I called them myself.

I had purchased prescription cat food from your company several times without any difficulty. However my recent order was not filled, and I was informed that you weren't able to get permission from my vet, even though he told me he never heard from you. Something has gone wrong with your system. Therefore I canceled my order and am going back to purchasing from other sources.

I purchased dog food that didn't agree with my puppy and reading the return policy, I am unable to return it. I went with Chewy who was very accommodating in terms of crediting my account for food that was making my pup sick and sent me a new bag of different food.

OMG! Over an hour to order dog food and treats!!! Never again! I had to "sign in" before I could order so I set up a new user ID and password. I placed my new order and attempted to check out after I viewed the coupons that the website brought to my attention.... Ah a coupon for new customers - $10 off your first order! (There were others but that seemed the most appropriate.) I went to my shopping cart and the $10 discount popped up on the order summary automatically as it said it would. However, I must have accidentally ordered an item and when removed, free shipping was no longer applicable. I decided to return to shopping to search for a pet item that I had forgotten to look for originally, and if found and ordered, I would eliminate the shipping charge. Here is where the nightmare began! I couldn't get back to my cart and decided to call PetFlow directly... (I had already been on live chats for other minor issues, one of which was my newly registered email address could not be found !) While speaking to "Ashley" she could not find my order after my detailed description.... and furthermore, "There was no such thing as a new customer $10 coupon." What?! Long story short...while on hold I was able to get my order to come up again! Ashley still didn't believe me about the $10 credit but told me I should complete the order from my screen since it showed up there. So there it was, subtotal $43.97, $5.95 shipping, & $10 credit for a total of $39.92. I entered my billing/shipping info which caused a confirmation screen to pop up with a confirmation #, a Thank you for your order, and the total. The problem?....a different, greater total! Now my total is $42.78....??? I had to call again to learn...."oops, that is the sale tax," which did not show up on my order summary. The amount wasn't as important as the fact that I had agreed to pay the former amount prior to giving my credit card info... Who does that??! (Change the amount after you have paid?!) Honestly, I was somewhat rude... the customer service reps were not, including the 3 Help Chat reps I corresponded with. But so many apologies do not repair so many glitches or whatever they called them! I believe their website needs immediate updating and the customer service reps need to figure out how it all works... in addition to (insincere?) apologies. "I'm sorry" is good but not the end all to an irate, frustrated customer! Oh and BTW the discounts/coupons do not apply to Fromm dog food...FYI Do you think one might make that clear at the coupon site, at which point a customer might be thinking about a new pet toy due to the supposed savings?! Dog food was $15. Plus shipping and stuff = $54!? Too expensive! Never again!
