The convenience makes up for other problems
I love not having to worry about running out of food by doing the auto delivery. However, their website is very difficult to maneuver and I often just quit instead of waiting forever for something to load. The free shipping or low shipping price is made up for by the higher prices of each item, so you are paying extra for the convenience of having the food automatically delivered. If you want to cancel an auto delivery, you cannot do it online, but have to call. They are supposed to email you in advance of an upcoming auto ship, but that only happens about 50% of the time, so if you need to change/cancel something, you need to go online (and try to get through the website) or it will be sent without a reminder. I was going to change the dog food I was getting and was waiting for the "auto reminder" email so that I could just click on it and not have to fight with the website. Unfortunately, they did not send one that time and I am stuck with 50lbs of dog food that I don't need.
