Ordering was easy and the package arrived in excellent condition and it came quickly. I would order again unless I can find a better price.

Petflows computer system overrides customer choice. So for the third timec my dog's food is 120 miles away from where I asked to have it delivered. I now have to drive 240 miles to go get it. Not exactly easy or efficient. It also has known issues retaiming Passwords, which means the password has to be changed all the time, which is so inconvenient. Very displeased.

Scam artists galore. Stay away. They only refunded my money for an order I did not authorize when I got the fraud unit of my bank involved. Fugazy customer service. A million red flags that this company is not on the up and up.

My first order was incorrect (canned dog food was delivered, what I ordered was dry cat food ...so not even close!) I recently ordered one bag of dog food that took 5 days to get here. Your competitor, Chevy, always delivers in 2 or 3 days. I will not be ordering from your company again. I will also dissuade anyone who asks from ordering anything from Petflow.

My order was never shipped because PetFlow claimed the manufacturer no longer allows online sales of this specific food. I was not notified until I called to ask for my tracking number. First off, this is a lie because I was able to order from another supplier. Second, (if true) why wasn’t I notified directly? I was notified ONLY when I called.
