Found what I needed easily for a decent price.

Great prices and free shipping!!! Order arrived in three days with no shipping cost. Prices were similar to other retailers but no sales tax in my state so I saved 6%, score! My only complaint is that they need to carry more products.

Ok service shipping slow

The delivery is fast, prices are good, and customer service is wonderful. I also like the wide variety of good quality dog foods. The ONLY thing that frustrates me about the website is that the ingredients of the foods are not listed. I find myself researching various brands on their websites and then flipping back to Petflow, because the information I am looking for (details, %'s of protein, etc) are not there. It makes comparison shopping rather cumbersome.

I love the huge selection of products and the ease of finding my pet's food. I also love that you can auto-ship it and select from 1-16 weeks. I never have to run out of food again.

Good food for the puppy, and I love that it comes to me so I don't have to heave it into a grocery cart and then again in and out of the car. One concern; the bag had a rip in it under the flaps, so when I took it out of the package it kept spilling. I am sure it probably happened during packaging, but I admit it made me a bit concerned about the safety of the product.

Good value on most all brands. Should give discounts and deals on all brands carried and not listen to suppliers who try to restrict them from giving discounts on a special basis.

Happy over all. I've been buying the five pack 12 inch bully sticks and some of them come Hollow and some are not so that is that's why only went with four stars. I also would like to see shipping be quicker.
