I must tell you all that I am very disappointed in the Barkworthies chicken jerky I order regularly. It started out as nice pieces of jerky with some smaller pieces as well which worked just fine for my dogs, A great Pyrenees, a Rottweiler and a Pomeranian-- the big guys enjoyed to big pieces and the Pom had some small pieces which were well suited to her. My last several shipments have been steadily declining in quality and the latest orders contain bags that look like remnants scooped up from the bottom of the bin as all the pieces are small potato chip sized pieces. I have to put a handful of "chips" in the large dogs bowls. The chips are so small that I even have to give multiple pieces to the Pom so that she has an appropriate sized serving. This not only takes away from their enjoyment but also my desire to continue pay top dollar for such crappy, "bottom of the barrel" jerky. I am currently looking for another source of better quality made in USA chicken jerky for my dogs. These "chicken chips" you are sending me for nearly $19 a pound are completely unsatisfactory.

I ended up placing the same order 3 times because there was no indication that I had been successful the first 2 times. Then I received 3 orders. Had to return two....annoying.

It took one week to get my order. Had hoped to receive it earlier.

I've been auto ordering from Petflow for a couple of years now. I recently opened another account for prescription foods. I ordered 2 cases at $59 a pop...all said and done I received only one case and had to call. What a pain. Hope this doesn't happen again.

The order showed up on time, all but one item was in the box, they failed to include one of my greenie chew bones that I ordered and the bag of dog food I got had a tear in the front.... this concerns me as the quality of dog food goes down the longer it's exposed to open air like that in an unsealed bag. other than that, it was easy to use and I will probably order from them again if they ever bother to respond to my 2nd email informing them that I didn't get this dog bone....

I love the microfiber dog mat. Unfortunately it will not fit in front of my door because of it's thickness & height but it is still useful. Because I paid with PayPal, I was shifted off the site. When I was returned I apparently clicked again accidentally ordered TWO mats. I will use the second for a gift but I may or may not choose to order from this website again.
