While I appreciate that Petflow offers low prices with free shipping on $49+ orders, I don't appreciate that cancelling auto-ship orders cannot simply be done online and requires an inconvenient phone call to customer support where you have to justify the cancellation. Also, orders do NOT ship same day. Rather, in truth, a shipping label is initiated the day of order. To be honest Chewy.com is normally my company, of choice. They actually do ship orders, same day, and my orders are invariably delivered the following day, remarkably. Low prices and free shipping are comparable. Auto-ship orders can easily and conveniently be cancelled online.

Initially hard to set up credit card payment online. Had to do it via phone. Phone rep very polite and helpful. Products arrived on time and in good condition.

Customer service response to question regarding shipment was lacking in understanding of issue and somewhat rude.

Wish that the company did not have to reach out to our vet for Heartworm approval as we do not go through our vet like they stated. Otherwise very fast shipment of other product.

Wish there was better communication when it comes to ordering prescription pet food. Especially when there is a hang up. Otherwise I love using petflow for both my cats wet and dry food needs
