When I received the Pet Safety Light it didn't work. The battery must be dead. There are no instructions. Very disappointed.

No email stating that there was a problem with processing my order ( that I had figure out myself two days later!) And shipping takes allot longer than the two day clam! It took 9 days for the time I ordered!

I have been waiting patiently for my T shirt but have not received it as of yet.... I made an order to Woman Within two days later and have already received that one....

Disappointed in the inaccurate shipping times/info, back to amazon I go. I got a shipped email and didn't receive my order for 6 days after, the FedEx tracking never showed the progress I the shipment. Didnt know when it would get there so I had to drive to Petsmart and buy a $60 bag of blu buffalo, not happy. amazon always manages to get my stuff in 2 days every time, over a hundred times actually.......sorry Petflow will not be ordering again. It's too bad since prices are good :(

I ordered a couple of the 3-D shirts for my son and his fiance. Hoping to keep bridging the gap between her and my relationship because she thinks he's a momma's boy... unfortunately, the one time I order something to surprise them both thinking they're going to arrive together, they don't. I'm not sure if they've received her shirt as of yet but his came two weeks ago... I would have told him to keep his hidden until hers came if I'd known they were being shipped separately... yet another mistake I have to try to correct in a fragile relationship.

I bought two lots of dog food for my dogs as I was getting it from Petsmart and they loved it. Now I have two lots of 12 cans (probably 8 left of each and they won't eat it.....so I have to buy other food to mix it with just to get rid of it. Won't be doing this again....back to petsmart. V. Unhappy

My first time order from PetFlow was placed on Wednesday, June 27. Of course my credit card was charged on June 19 also. Today is July 5 and I have not received my order of Frontline. Shipping was free. Where is my order coming from???

The ordering process and delivery of my new LED collar was great. The product came within a few days and was packaged nicely. I wish I could say the same about the product itself. The battery operated LED device keeps falling out of the collar. If my girlfriend hadn't been walking behind me, the power pack would have been lost several times. Also, the device seemed to stop working after only one use because it started raining. I'm assuming it got a little wet and the device was working irratically, kept switching between settings. I am considering getting my money back for this device but since I only paid $12, I may just eat it rather than go through customer service.
