PetflowReviews of petflow.com

We received our new rug with great anticipation. Unfortunately, the rug is too thick to put just inside the door coming from the patio/pool area. The door hits the rug and is unable to open. Although this rug would be good for our Golden Retriever when getting out of the pool before coming back into the house, it's not great for humans wiping their feet on as it constantly moves. Our rug has a flaw in the right bottom corner so it doesn't lay completely flat.

I get so many emails from them touting coupons and bargains. But the fine print says they can only be used by first-time customers. Why fill up my mailbox with coupons and come-on ads that will never apply to me? It's annoying and misleading. Their selection is plentiful and shipping is quick; but prices that they claim are lower than in stores are in most cases NOT lower. They advertise many cat treats as half-price compared to stores; but they're exactly the SAME as stores. I'll buy because it's convenient but their advertising practices leave much to be desired.

I was very pleased with the speed and accuracy of my first (and last) shipment from Pet-Flo. I thought I had a permanent reliable company with which to deal...and they probably are. The reason I WON'T be back is because of all of the undesired emailing I was receiving on a near daily basis. I MAY have checked that box authorizing these, (I don't recall if there even WAS a box to check) but it quickly became an annoyance and I deleted them without reading. I finally reached the point where I just took my name off their mailing list...and their customer list as well.

I ordered 5 bottles of Clavamox on Oct 25th for a cat that needed the prescription immediately. Today is not Nov 6th and I still have not received it, so I have already had to make two trips to the vet to buy a bottle each time. Now I will end up with too many bottles that I will not need and should have received asap.

The reason I started to shop with Petflow was because they are in the next state over from me. I am in Az. But to be fixed with one shipper as they are with Fedex is a draw back. It took 5 days to come from Las Vegas to Sun Valley, approximately 450 miles. I previously got my dog food from Chewy.com in Pa. It took five days to go about 2200 miles by UPS ground. Do you see something wrong there? And shipping was free over $45.00 on both places. Will not purchase from them again. Maybe if they ever switched to UPS or offered it as an option, I would reconsider.

I have ordered from PetFlow 4 times each time FEDEX screws up. They have yet to deliver on time. They leave the package elsewhere and don't leave notice. I'm afraid great prices, great products and great people don't count for much if the they can't get it delivered.

I placed an order and provided a PO Box for the delivery address. No where in the order process was there an indication that PetFlow.com does not ship to PO Boxes. I was contacted by Fed X and informed that delivery could not be made and that ship to address could only be changed by PetFlow.com. I made numerous attempts to contact PetFlow.com at their 888 number on a Sunday (they say they are available 24/7) but the line was continuously busy. Called again on a weekday and waited for 8 minutes for someone to pickup. I was told that they could make update to ship to address (which they promptly did) but no apology for the inconvenience and no indication that order system would be updated to indicate how packages are shipped. All of this inconvenience could have been avoided if there was a note that shipments cannot be made to PO boxes or if PetFloww.com had immediately contacted me for a physical street address before sending the order.

I checked the date in the order and it was clearly two weeks away as I wanted. The shipment arrived two days later. Also my coupon MPS20 was for free shipping and I was charged for shipping.
