I ordered the several chewy bones and the large bundle of 100 bully sticks to donate to the local shelter. I expected at such a low price they bully sticks would be inferior quality. I didn't expect them to smell like manure. Oh my heavens, I opened the box to quite the olfactory assault. I still took them to the shelter, I assume they gave them to the dogs and I've not heard anything "bad" so I think they must have been fine. The other products were packaged well and looked as expected in any retail outlet.

The 28 lb. bags of dry dog food arrived in their packaging in excellent shape. The packaging for the cases of canned dog food did not contain any protection inside the packaging for the cases of canned dog food. The outside packaging did not appear to have any damage however, several cans were severely smashed and I will be sending them back for replacement. The remaining cans appeared to be unharmed however, as I have been using the remaining cans over the last couple of days, all of them, so far, have had some slight denting to the cans.

I received the product with the box damaged; when I assembled the Sunny Seat, one of the wires was broken. I took it off the window a left it on the couch so I could return it the next day. Unfortunately, my new Boston Terrier puppy demolished all of the suction cups so I could not return it. I will re-purchase and hope I receive it in better condition.

I love that the people are easy to work with. They are just more expensive than where I can get my pets food.

Why did I have to have a prescription? I would not be buying that expensive food if I didn't need it.

The Not So Good experience was with the purchase of the 360 Stainless Steel Pet Fountain. The 360 Flow Control Cap broke the first time I cleaned the fountain and tried to replace the cap. I called customer service and was told I had to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement cap. I should only have to make one telephone call to get a replacement cap not two. I still do not have a replacement cap. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. The Good was ordering RX Dry Food for my cat. It was an easy process and did not take very long for it to be delivered.

Good if you can't get the store but not much difference in saving money because of paying for the postage.

Service was great, but the packing was Un acceptable , my boxes were destroyed and opened.
