Ordered on 4/23. Order packed and ready to go on 4/24. Package then sat for two days before being turned over to FedEx. Package wasn't delivered for 6 days after order. When I order from Chewy i get my order the next day. I ordered online because i was running low and couldn't get to the store. Thanks to your shipping incompetence i had to find time in my extremely busy schedule to go to store anyway. I will never order from pet flow again. Very disappointed. Why do you make such a big deal about packing order up so quickly just to let it sit for days?

I ordered the dog food 9 days ago and I still have not got it.

My dog got sick from one of your bully sticks.I talked to your agent on Monday 4-29-19.She said a supervisor would call me on 4-30-19.There is something wrong and no one cares.You have just lost a customer.

I ordered dog food, was sent an email stating it was shipped the day after, and 8 days later sent an email that my credit card had failed and the food had NOT been sent as stated 8 days earlier. I was offered $15 credit on my $130 purchase. My response should have been “no thanks, you apparently need this more than I do”. I’m sorry I ever wasted my time with this company.

Not having products in stock that are on your auto ship program !

Complete scam. Ordered my dog food here but unable to cancel my subscription. Unable to delete my credit card. Unable to delete my account. They are permanently just charging me and there's no way to stop it!

This was my first order with PetFlow and it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a case of Royal Canin canned food for our Bulldog. It is a Rx item. I did get acknowledgement of the order but that's when the communication stopped. I did call to see if they needed a copy of my Rx but they assured me they had direct communication with our Vet so no need. When I didn't hear if the order shipped, I called again. That's when they informed me that the food ships direct from Royal Canin and it was on backorder. I decided to wait but after a few more days and no shipping, I called again. I was told that the order had been cancelled because of the backorder. There was no communication of that at all. When I told them I still wanted the food, the CSR said he'd re-enter the order and would see about expediting for me. I never heard anything. After a few more days, I called again and was told it was still on backorder. I called Royal Canin and they told me that there was no back-order and the food was in inventory. After all the calls and hassels, I opted to cancel the order even though the price was very competitive. I called Chewy.com, placed an order and got it two days later. I cannot recommend PetFlow at all. Their communication with their customers really needs to be improved!
