Liking the service so far but we will see ask me again in a year.

I've been very happy with my orders from Petflow. Only one thing not as excellent as it could have been. On my 1st order it arrived the very next day on my 2nd order it's been 12 days and I've only received half my order. May be because of the holidays but I wasn't prepared to have to wait this long since the first order came the next day so I've had to go buy food elsewhere not knowing when it was coming .... and as I said, it's still not all here! Ordered on Dec. 15 and today is Dec. 27 and still haven't received it all. But still, I'll continue to buy from them because the price is better than any other place I've bought it and they carry just what I need and the customer service is very good.

This was the first time we had an issue, one of the bags had opened during the shipping process and when we opened the box we had lost at least 2 cups of food.

My dog is allergic to pretty much everything so I have to feed him limited ingredient food and it can get pretty pricey. PetFlow saves me money and keeps me from having to go to Petco/Petsmart (which I hate). Worth the effort to figure out their scheduling system.

shipping is always timely; other than prices, a good site

I really enjoyed PetFlow's website at first. I love the Made in America section and there is a good amount of information about the ingredients in everything so that I can determine if it is actually healthy for my pets. The auto-ship program is nice, but once you start a program, it is not easy to change the items in it. You can subtract, but not add items to an auto-ship program and you can't delete a program without calling the company.

Great prices on stuff my doggies love, only wish i could cancel or do stuff to autoship online without having to call first! Love the site
