Nobody beats the price for quality dog food but if you are in a pinch and need your dogs food quickly forget it. They are often out of my dogs food and sometimes after I have placed an order several days later they tell me they ran out of that food and will ship some from a different location. This often takes over a week, in which time I have had to go to a store near me and pay for more food.

When I placed my first, and only, order with you, I was happy to have found the products I was looking for, at a great price. Thank you for that. However, since then, I have been plagued with emails about every other day from you. I have to say, it is an extreme turn off. I have spam from unknowns and so many other sources that do the same....this just blends on in... honestly makes me not want to go into my email and I tend to overlook other personal or time sensitive mailings. If I want something for my pets, I know where to find you. Everything else was a great experience. Ordering, pricing, quick delivery... If you can change this one thing, you may just keep me as a customer. Thank you.

One bag (Acana Wild Prairie) was in perfect shape while the other(Origen Senior) had a pinhole and the vacuum seal was broken. Makes me nervous to feed that bag.

I've been satisfied with the dog food I ordered from the site, but I have problem with their quality of toys. The two times I ordered "durable" toys, the quality was unacceptable. For the second time they promised me a refund but what really bothers me is that I left honest reviews for the products and those never got published. That makes me not trusting the site and being very cautious about their other products.

The products were as described and my dogs like most of them. But the customer service was just not there. The promotions/specials were confusing and they would not budge on there interpretation of them. They actually said they had put the order on hold, basically buy if you want to on our terms or not, we don't care. I can't see buying more from them, the prices were pretty good but not great.

It is too thick to place in front of any door. I have all hard wood floors so there is a pretty good space in between the door and floor and it still doesn't fit there. I have to put it off to the side which is not how I intended to use it. The material seems very nice.

We are new customers to Petflow. I have to say that I found out through social media but when I used the new customer promo, my order was first cancelled and the company offered me a lesser % off. I see this as bait and switch. Ultimately, the company did honor the correct % off but I had to pick a different food vs the one I had on sale. However, saying all this, the rest of the experience was easy peasy. The order was quickly shipped, arrived promptly and was very efficient. I would use it again ONLY if the coupon provided works. This is a great way to order dog food. I have 3 mastiffs and boy do they eat. However, I do want a company to honor the coupon code used, especially when it is a one time use coupon.

I was charged a different amount than what I confirmed during the ordering process. I contacted customer service and while they were extremely nice, refunded me store credit. This requires me to use them again.
