Ordered dog food, they shipped cat food and cat toys. No problem, they'll ship it again, asking me to repackage the cat food for return. The replacement shipment arrived minus one of the items I had ordered. In theory, they credited my first order and didn't charge me the 2nd item on the 2nd shipment. So, they will ship me the 2nd item, but I have to pay shipping this time. I don't think so. Went online to cancel my auto-ship, but guess what, you have to call to cancel auto-ship. OK, my last call to PetFlow, ever.

Order took too long that my dog food ended up running out even though I placed the order 1 week ahead..I called the customer service who told me he will email me status of my order sine it was still in pending!!!! I did not get an email from him.. next day I called to cancel my order and the same customer sevice agent told me that I will ger a cancellation confirmation email....but I did not

I ordered 5 items. I saw no indication that any of the items were out of stock. Nor did I receive an email indicating that anything was out of stock. Every few days I checked my order status. “Shipping.” After 5-6 days, I called customer service and cancelled my order. The customer service rep could not see any reason for the delay in shipping. This was my first order with PetFlow. I do jot plan to order from them again, unless they are the only company from which I can get an item. Thank you.

If you make an order, be prepared to WAIT! From the first email you get announcing that your order is shipping, to the time of actual delivery, could be a week or more. And even when you get follow up emails telling you your expected delivery date, good luck if that happens. I wish Chewy carried my brand of dog food.

Great service, easy and excellent products

Although my Vet has provided you with a new and valid script, you refuse to ship the needed K/D food for my beloved cat LeRoy. You claim my Vet will not approve a new script yet you have it in hand. My Vet has called you twice to confirm you are authorized to provide the much needed prescribed food but you refuse to continue to believe my Vet has not authorized a new script. I've attempted to reach out to various customer support people at your company and no one can direct me to someone that can help. I've left a number of messages requesting a manager please call me and never got a callback, EVER. Your representatives are belligerent and extremely unhelpful. The old adage is; "If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will." So, I've found another company that has OUTSTANDING customer service and support and they are pleased to provide the much need prescribed food...hassle free. I am so done, done, done with you.

As a disabled veteran - who can NO longer drive . . I find it absurd that PET Flow wants me to pay min $90 for (my) medical transport, and take the cat back to the vet (another $100) (IF I COULD 1) catch the cat and 2) get her into a carrier) to refill an Rx for "CAT FOOD" that costs $80 per month. I was able to find the same food on EBAY for twice the price (plus shipping) - this it what I find my only choice other than to call a shelter - for an 8 year old cat that needs food that will cost upwards of $80 per month plus VET bills.

I made three attempts to purchase their product,however each time my order was cancelled because "Pharmacy" was unable to "reach out" to my Veterinarian. I gave up and used Chewy.com and had no problems receiving products. I am still confused as to why prescription food requires such high oversite. A Federally regulated ingredient does not appear on the label. It just states therapeutic cat nutrition.
