Will purchase product again. Strongly recommend not using FedX for delivery. FedX in our area has been a company that does not care when it is delivered or where it is delivered. Had a note on my door which was not readable. Box was left three building down the street.

Received these a week ago. My dog does track some dirt into the rugs. When she runs to go outside, the rug slides around. She also sometimes likes to play with it which leaves it a mess. One of them already has a snag.

Wanted the light up leash for the winter dark. Bought a bunch of other cute stuff as holiday gifts. Leash doesn't work - and now have to buy batteries to see if that was the problem. I doubt it. Also other items were rather small- pictures did them no justice on the site.

I was told it would ship Nov. 20 and I still haven't received it. Where is it? Joan

And by average, I mean disappointing. If pay via credit card, you will be fine. If you pay via PayPal, get ready for some real hassles. My PayPal account has a business name on it, so the PetFlow ordering system converted my entire order to the business name. PetFlow could not verify my pet's prescription with my vet because it was under my business name, not my name. They put the ball in my court; and left it there. After a customer service request was submitted, I got half of my order, and was never notified that the 2nd half was cancelled and no longer on their "customer service help list". I filed a 2nd request with customer service, and the rep went into "drone" mode; telling me that due to federal requirements, they can't place my order because the name at the vet and the name on my order don't match. I did not order under my business name; their ordering system changed my name to match my PayPal account. So this cost me 4-5 days; I was assuming they would work it out, since I had a previous order with my name on it, and the order was verified because I paid with my credit card. Apparently they must verify with your vet EVERY time you order; and they won't/can't use previous orders. Fine...so I place another order, and ask for expedited shipping. They can't provide expedited shipping due to their agreements with FedEx. Over a week has passed since my original order, and it would have been faster and a lot less hassle to go to my vet and pick up the food myself.

The rug doesn't soak up quite like they say. i still have to wipe their paws with a towel. I am disappointed because the rug I was looking at online had it in front of the door the way I want it in front of my door with the paw in the correct direction. My rug, the paw is not in the correct direction. It's sideways and looks pretty stupid.

I ordered two dog rugs based on the advertisement that these rugs helped take away the dirt coming in from the outside. This was not the case. The rugs do not stay in place! Even with the addition of a grip under the rug, the rug slides all over the place. Extremely disappointing. I will have to replace the rugs because they are dangerous to the humans in the house, as they slip out from under.

I got the rug in red - love the color and the texture! So soft! But there's no backing on the rug so it's like a towel on the floor. The Dogs and cats love bunching it up to make a little bed out of it. Now one dog has started pulling the yarn out of it! It's so thick it doesn't fit under my door when I open it. Will just let the dogs have it as a nice bed. Still looking for that perfect rug.
