I have a highly allergic dog and placed an order for his food. I have always received shipment within two days and four days later it was still saying it was packaging. I called to see if the order can be sent out immediately and it wasn't. I ended up cancelling the order and ordering from the other pet food delivery company. So glad I did because if I didn't I would not have had food for him today. They shipped it out within an hour of me placing the order and I received it in two days. I ended up paying more for his food because I had a 15% coupon for the order I placed with you. Very unhappy with my last few orders with you. The order before this one also took over a week to be shipped but luckily I had enough food for them.

Ordered food on line to be delivered to my home and for some reason was delivered to the address of the card. Won’t order again

your packaging is awful - I have complained several times , rec'd. nice reply, comp. products only to repeat the package mess again - your warehouse does not know how to ship

Purchased Froom Gold it never arrived nor did I receive any indication that it ever would. Then when I cancelled the order after 10 days by phone, there was no email indicating it was cancelled. So again I waited and only until I called and asked for an email saying it was cancelled and the funds were refunded to PayPal did I get that info. It is now 5 days since that refund request and again no refund NOTHING. It appears that there is little if any communication between office and fulfillment. In the era of Amazon, Petflow had better up its game. BTW, all 13 days waiting I got at least 8 emails a day selling something else.

This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with an online purchase. The delivery took longer than most and was shipped out of New Jersey. When the box arrived I opened it to find my item very dirty, with serveral live spiders, and not in plastic. The size is smaller than a previous order from the same maker but another vender. I can only guess but it looks to have been, shelved uncovered, in a warehouse for months. I washed it twice, then put it in the dryer, and now it looks new. I don't know if spiders nest inside the bedding material and can only hope not. Sorry for the bad review but wanted you to know of this issue I had.

I have tried to order from your website a second time and got denied. You should have my dog’s prescription on file. Even if you didn’t, I sent it in the denial email and haven’t heard anything. I would not recommend your website. The first time, I got denied and with a call, somehow got it approved.

I ordered dog food, a tracking number was assigned but shipping status was never updated. It took 8 days to arrive! A replacement bag was sent and a tracking number assigned but it was cancelled. You can’t be competitive with customer service like that!

Out of town for work and needed food for my dog, i placed the order on the 22nd and was supposed to be delivered on the 28(due to the holiday) On Tuesday the 28th my package never arrived, I contacted customer support around 5:30pm and they said it should be there by the end of the day. (What’s considered EOD, 10pm?) my package never arrived. I was out of food for my dog and was forced to go find a local store that had it. On the 29th I received a new email and stated my delivery would be there on the 31st. My package finally arrived on the 31st, a week and half later. I could have ordered from a competitors site and would have been delivered within 1-2 days. Very disappointed with this order
