Max loved your food!
Our dog, Max absolutely inhaled your food and I kept buying it because he loved it so much. Max was a 15 year old Australian Shepherd and unfortunately left us bound for Rainbow Bridge last Friday. We are very sad. He was a happy, goofy boy and we loved him very much!

Promises, promises...
Petflow did it's job, but Fedex dropped the ball--my delivery was promised at 11-3p.m., but it finally got here at 7:30 p.m.

I order dog food. It arrives in a very sturdy cardboard box!
Our Westie grew up eating Fromm's dog food. We lost our local source for that brand. I wasn't quite sure about ordering. Dog food is heavy! But, the box it arrives in is very sturdy. It always arrives quickly and in perfect condition.

Great Customer Service
I subscribe for my dog's food and never had a problem until recently. The problem was with FedEx not Petflow. Our pkg never got delivered and Petflow resent it immediately.
