The product (feed) is excellent. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because of the packaging. This is the second time the cardboard box is open on one end. Maybe because of the weight (40 lbs)? Might be the carrier not respecting the transport of the product? Either way.. should be addressed.

I've removed one star because the shipping time has increased two-fold from when I was ordering previously. It seems that the past 6 or 7 deliveries have taken nearly a week, or longer in one case, and I used to always receive my dog's food inside of 3 days - not sure what happened, but it seems a diminishing order experience. Also, the box was split and one pack of "treat" chews was missing of the two I ordered. Really hope no more stars have to come off!

Shipping wasn't as fast as Chewy, but the price was better

I like Petflow's prices. My dog likes expensive dog food and Petflow had the best prices. Their delivery was a little slower than the other distributor I've used in the past. However, the box did arrive in an undamaged condition, which was not the case when receiving petfood from the other distributor. Overall, so far I'm happy with Petflow.

It took 6 days for the pet food to arrive. It took 2 days to start the shipping process. You can do better than this. Two good things I can say are, unlike Chewy’s, all four cases of food were undamaged and your prices are cheaper. Now, don’t get me wrong, all of Chewy’s shipments didn’t result in damaged goods and, if some of the cans were damaged, instead of replacing just the damaged cans, they sent me a replacement case. I have 5 feral cats Who eat like there is no tomorrow so I was impressed with that. Since I’m retired, price matters a lot along with the service. If I placed an order with chewy’s, I could expect it to be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Also, with chewy’s one of my cats passed away and there was a particular flavor she liked that the other cats didn’t. Just before receiving shipment, she passed away. Chewy’s credited my account for that one case and when I asked if I could return it, they said “keep it”. So, I donated it to a no kill cat rescue facility. It was the little things that they did that made me stay with them. Their service department genuinely cares about their customers. One of the reasons why I went with you was Chewy’s didn’t have the chicken and tuna and didn’t know when they would be getting it in. My cats love that flavor. So, I searched google and found you. You had it, the cost was lower and I ordered. I won’t give up on you as that would not be fair to you. Please don’t make me regret my decision. Regards, Gary Henry

I am happy with the price and with the products. They use Fed Ex and the package was delivered 3 days after promised with no texts or updates from either Fed Ex or Pet Flow. They did give me a credit on my account for a future purchase, which I felt was appropriate. If it wasn't for Fed Ex I would have given them a five star rating.
