Tried your website bc of a Groupon offer. I found the prices to be expensive compared to other similar sites. I felt pressured to get auto delivery for the 2 products I finally purchased. Placed my order on 8/11; today is the 8/21 and you have requested feedback for 2 items that have not yet received. I purchased toys and treats, shampoos, etc. on a different site on the same day for the same cost and those items arrived last week. Groupon or no Groupon, thanks, but no thanks.

I have attached the tracking detail of products that I ordered on August 9 and still waiting for delivery. I will not be in a hurry to order again, takes way too long. every month that my cat litter arrives, the litter boxes are busted open and the litter has spilled out inside the outter box and the outter box is leaking litter all over my floor. items need to be packaged so the contents inside aren't damaged. I will cancel my order if this happens again.

Not sure to blame fed ex or petflow. something is definitely wrong. Order should have arrived last week.

Even though I entered a different shipping address, the food was still delivered to the billing address. I had ordered the food because it was not available where I was shipping it and needed it there, so that caused a bit of a scramble for food and some inconvenience.

The organization of the website and the search tools are near useless. If you put "wet cat food" in their search box, it gives you a seemingly random selection of dog, food, and cat food, both wet and dry. If you don't know exactly what you want, it's a nightmare to find anything. I've complained about it to them before and they have only made it worse. It was always bad but they now qualify for the top ten least usable sites on the internet.
