I still have not received the product I ordered. You guys shipped it to the wrong address and then said you would have ups attempt to pick it up and if they were unable to you would ship it out again. Ups failed to pick it up and you never shipped it again so I contacted you again to have it shipped and was told I would be notified about tracking info and still have never received this info. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I chose a bad star to respobd! Has my dog food price gone up? Fromm?

They sent me the wrong item. Took them 3 days to respond to my emails. 3 different people responded with 3 different answers. They resent the product and again the WRONG product. These people are useless!!!!

Sent the wrong cat food. Does anyone check their work anymore. Probably too busy texting.

I would very much recommend not using petflow for your pets needs. I ordered a bag of food and a bag of treats that was suppose to ship out on the 6th of June. It did not so I contacted them on the 7th and asked when it was expecting to ship out. My respond was, “Hi there! I do apologize but our warehouse did experience an unexpected delay so your order should ship out today, once it does ship, we will email you with tracking. So sorry again for that slight delay but if there's anything else I can help with, please let me know!” It didn’t ship out the 7th or the 8th but finally on the 9th. Then I get an email AFTER it is shipped out on Monday the 10th that they had to ship it from a different warehouse so it would not arrive until the 17th. That is obviously very late where I would have to stop at my local store anyways to buy his food and I can’t afford to purchase 2 bags of food right now as I am a full time student. I have yet to receive a refund even though the third person I spoke with said she would stop the delivery process and return it. It’s here in my state and now apparently I have to wait until it returns to the sender. If you would have just been transparent in the beginning I would have been understanding but the troubles and lies that happened after my order was enough to make sure I do not waste my time and money with this company again. It has been very frustrating and adding extra stress that I don’t need especially during finals.

Poor delivery service from fedex delivery service!

Delivery was atrocious, I would never use them again.

Took 3 or 4 days to deliver dog food and it was delivered to an old address.
