I was thrilled to hear about a pet food company that delivers! Sadly, since I live in an apartment the delivery company will not bring it to my door. They will only deliver it to the main office so I have to figure out how to actually get it to my door. Much more convenient to get it locally and carry it from my car.

I bought bully sticks for my large dog, the ones I get at Petco are much more expensive but they last 3 times as long, so the savings are not really savings. Wish the deals were real. I doubt I will buy again.

Found the website easy to use. Dog food was reasonably priced. Only problem was that the 40lb bag ripped in shipping and food was all over the box , then my floor

I was pleased with some of the prices and items offered, but ended up with bones much smaller than I expected. I also disliked the constant attempts to sell me things I had no interest in.

I have ordered cat litter twice from PetFlow and service has been excellent. I have 8 cats so this was no small order. If all I had ordered was this PetFlow would have received 5 stars. My problem was with trying to order prescription pet food. I filled out the proper information 3 times and the website kept sending me an error message saying that I did not complete the necessary information. I called customer service who said I probably needed Google Chrome. I order things constantly on line because I hate to shop in stores and I have never had this problem. There was a one day offer of a free T-shirt with an order which I could not get because the website would not accept my information. Customer Service said they would turn the problem over to their IT people but that would be too late for me to get the free T shirt. Needless to say I was very disappointed with PetFlow. I will continue to order litter from them but I will get my prescription cat food from my vet. This was just too much hassle.

Recently purchased a dog leash for my small dog. The photo made the leash look like it was for a small dog and there was no size of dog description on the photo and order page. So I ordered the leash for my eight pound Yorkie. When the leash arrived I was surprised to find that the leash was for a 40 to 100 pound dog. Your customer service rep. was fantastic. He tried to find me a leash that would fit my dog and even he was having a problem determining the sizes of leashes. So we guessed and ordered one we thought would fit. Well it arrived and this leash is also for a very large dog and I am out the shipping charge for this item.

ordered antler chew. It arrived fast but the size chart on the item had the x large and the jumbo sizes reversed so that I ordered the wrong size. They did send me a return label but as it was for fed-x I had to drive 25 miles round trip to send it.

I have ordered from PetFlow.com several times, and always gotten exactly what I ordered and with very good prices. I was excited to place my order for a bag of cadet pig ears, 12 per bag, and 12 inch bully sticks, 12 per bag. (in the past I have ordered 6 inch bully sticks, so really wanted 12 inch ones because they will last longer when dog gets one!) What I got from PetFlow.com was a box of 31 individually wrapped pig ears, of what seemed like lower quality. They were very thin, much thinner than the Cadet ones. I also got two bags with SIX inch bully sticks, not TWELVE like I wanted. Each bag contained about 6 other bags in it, all with 4-5 bully sticks in them. While my order had the 'correct' items, it was not what I ordered at all. I will order from PetFlow.com again, as I like their prices, but I will only try one more time to see if they can get it right.
