I never got my order. I don’t know why they can’t Get through to the vet. Going to another online company.

I have tried to order from this company several times, and each time there is some excuse as to why they cannot fulfill my order. This after they have charged my paypal account. Then I have to wait for the money to be returned to me and on top of that find someplace else to get the product. Very disappointing experience and will never order from them again.

Card wouldn’t process even with correct information had to be sent to a separate team, had to call and check on status cuz I didn’t get an email, got a shipped email on Friday that said my stuff would be here Monday by 5pm and at 6pm I got an email that said stuff wasn’t shipped... I am so confused and am pretty sure I am going to cancel my auto ship... I still haven’t received anything I ordered yet.

I ordered prescription cat food and first I was told they couldn't reach my vet and then I was told the item was out of stock so not sure what the true reason was that I couldn't get my cat's prescription food there. I had to shop elsewhere so that I could get her food quickly rather than trying to get answers from Petflow time & time again.

Shipping is like pony Express takes a week and a half to get product chewy.com is way better same price but 1 to 2 day shipping do not recommend

I made a significant order. Ran very low on dog food and cat food. Never received an order and finally I called customer service. They said that their security department thought it was fraud and cancelled the order. THEY NEVER SENT AN EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW!!!

Please review the conversations with customer service on my account. I would like to speak to the CEO of this company to provide true feedback to the top.

Great products but unable to deliver in timely manner. Your competition Chewy.com has you beaten in customer service and delivery.
