You jacked up your price on Hills Prescription dog food. Don't you think people who but this food already put out a fortune for treatment of their diabetic dogs? That's just wrong.

Received an ad in the mail for 25% off first order. I was prepared to place order but wouldn't take the coupon code. I called and was told it was for automatic shipment orders. I said it didn't say that and was told to turn the coupon over and look at small print. To their credit they honored the code saying many were confused by the as. I would use them again as they realized their mistake and took care of it.

Almost everything has been exactly as advertised.

Pricing is not as competitive as I had hoped but promotions make them useable. Customer service is excellent!!!

Had trouble trying to pay with PayPal, but a chat person helped me get it thru. Arrived promptly.

Very easy to utilize website. Delivery on time. The only reason it's not 5 star is because we haven't had a second automatic delivery yet.

Great service--my dog needs prescription food now and Petflow has great prices and great customer service! Just wish that they would stop promos that I can never use: it detracts from the service and it's hard not to feel fooled.

Free autoship w/foods I'd buy locally, brands I like, introduction to new brands, good prices, good quantities, fantastic customer service, history of my orders, listing of current orders, and food for an animal in need makes for a really good online pet store. Had some problem with a freeshipping.com redirect that wasn't needed but gave the impression it was. Review it carefully (check online reviews) before accepting it. A little difficult to remove an order - have to call it in - but response and advice is good. I like PetFlow!
