One bag was broken spilling product throughout box.

I was disappointed with the Buffalo Bully sticks this time. I have gotten them before and I had one left from that order to compare. These are much smaller, and I see no difference in labeling and price. I felt they were an inferior product compared to what I had received previously.

A few of my cans were damaged and they spilled in the plastic around half the package.

Unfortunately I was disappointed to receive my order of dry and wet food, as the wet food cans were dented.

Been getting my cat food through you since May and this time when I got the food which was a 15 lb bag, the food was already expired. I can't find this kind in stores and don't want to just switch up my cats food so I am using it. Not happy that it was expired and wonder why this isn't looked at before product is shipped?

I was very excited about my first pet flow purchase. I got some great deals at great prices. When I reviewed my package, a couple of my items were noticeably dirty/dusty. It looked like my Kong frisbee was the culprit as it was quite dusty. This could be wiped off with a damp cloth. But unfortunately the fabric on my PrideBites was stained with what looked like dirt. Overall the deals were good but I was disappointed with the stained products. I'm considering exchanging but that means I won't have them in time for Christmas.

Not worth any more of my time. Lousy experience.

I was excited at first thinking I could get my pets medicine at a fraction of the cost my vet charges but when I contacted my vet to see if they received the fax request from your company. The said they don't respond to third party internet company's because the sell there information. I was able to find a retail pharmacy that was cheaper by 50%. I know I can mail in a proscription but we would run out before the mail order arrives. I'm open to suggestions
