What received was half right inwhat I odered. no packing list included- I have no idea if I was charged correctly or not. Very difficult fo me in ordering and even later assured order was sent, I continued to receive emails stating it didn't go though. I had already given up at this point and then the order arrives only to be incorrect.

Ordering things on line just never seems to work for me. I decided to try this dog food to my door but probably won't again. I wanted to purchase some other extras for maggie. Couple of bully sticks, sargeants big bone, laser pointer that she loves to chase, some PH balancing pills and dog food. I was supposed to get a discount because of my quantity. Didn't want all that stuff in future orders so I edited them but my original order got screwed up, ( even though I sent an email letting them know not to edit my first delivery.) Anyway after several attempts to let someone know, I finally cancelled future orders and when the rest of my shipment was sent, It was minus the laser pointer. NOT a good experience.

What's up with UPS? I recieved my order almost a week after it was shipped. Is that the norm? Some things I order on line, like from Amazon.com, and I'll be surprised to get the item in 2 business days. But, from the time I placed my order for pet food, I had to go out and buy 2 more small bags of food for my dog before my pet.flow.com food order arrived. EXHASPERATED. I'll be ok so long as I know that this is the norm for my regular orders from PetFlow.com. I may have to change my frequency of shipping just to be sure I don't run out. It's not good for my weimeriner's sensitive digestive tract to switch him around on different foods while waiting for the next shipment. I had been buying huge bags of Costco'd brand of dog food from Costco. No smaller bag was available. This is the problem with mail order anything. Delivery is so unpredictable. With that complaint out of the way, It is wonderful to have dog food delivered because lifting large bags into the car when I purchase them at a wholesale store was hard for me. I have a damaged shoulder.

On my first order, it took over a week for it to get to me, and it was an incomplete order! I had to send out several emails to find out that one product was out of stock. I was not told this up front when I had ordered the product, or when I received what I had ordered. The label on the box just said not sent. So I thought ok, seperate box, gave it a couple days, and it did not arrive, hence the many emails. They could not find my order, so I gave them the order number!!! They found the order then!! So that was it, I cancelled all future orders. They did refund my money, well I need to check to make sure they did, and will go back to Wag.com. 2 days shipping, with telling you upfront if it is out of stock or not !!!! I do not know about you, but I did not appreciate having to buy food for my pets in between waiting on the food we had ordered !!!!!

SCIENCE SENIOR ADULT STEW IS THE ONLY CANNED SCIENCE DIET WITH A PULL OFF LID. YOUR SITE SHOWS A OLDER VERSION WHICH WHEN OPENED LOOKS LIKE THE OLD MUSH CANNED DOG FOOD. I SHOULD HAVE REALLY DUG INTO WHAT YOU OFFERED BUT SEEING THE FLIP TOP LID GOT ME A PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT WANTED. SO I WILL SHOP LOCALLY!

I did not receive an email about my forthcoming order placed the month prior. When I called about that I was on hold for about 5 minutes. Than a message came on that Petflow could not respond and will call back in 24 hours. No call back I called and cancelled my future orders

I was so happy to hear abt this company & couldn't wait to order. No more trips to pet store for dog food, 50 lb bags, no shipping or tax, & automatic reorder! So I ordered a 50 lb bag of Eagle Pack & a 50 lb bag of their Diamond dog food. It took 7 days to get which was a little longer than I thought it would take but would just keep that in mind when reordering. My problem was that I only received 1 of my bags of dog food :-( which was very disappointing... To say the least! So I've had to drive to the pet store AGAIN & spend more money on dog food to tie them over while I wait for my other of dog food to come in that I had to reorder to come in. Not too happy @ this point & not to sure I will order from pet flow.com again

# 1. Box that dog food was delivered in was broken on the sides and split open. Ok, so perhaps that happened once the shipping company got involved. Maybe when an item that weighs 30lbs could have better quality tape or have a heavier cardboard box used to securely send item(s). #2. Dog food bag also had 3 inch opening on the side of the bag plus there is a weird "orange" chalk/dust sprayed on the side of bag as well. What the heck is that? You can wipe this off, but it leaves a stain!
