I love the convenience to be able to have my cat food delivered to my door. Since my cat only likes certain types of his food, I have to go to 2 different grocery stores in opposite directions to get Mr. Picky's food! With PETFLOW, I am able to have all 3 kids delivered to my door! Love it!

Once we got delivery squared away Petflow has been a breeze.

Ordering food and cat litter was fast and easy. My order arrived a day later than expected but was accurate. When my package arrived, some of the food cans were damaged. Customer service remedied the situation immediately by crediting my account. Experience was excellent, will likely order again but prices are higher than where I normally shop.

Petflow has been great for us ordering prescription cat food online. The prices are decent (although rx food in genereal is more expensive) and it arrives fairly quickly.

Received the order on time and the products were great! But the shipment was sent to the wrong location and I got the delivery confirmation almost 12 hrs after delivery
