I found it somewhat slow to load and I had some difficulty adjusting the quanties of items in my shopping cart. The menu is good and it is easy to navigate.

Ordered 4 cases of large can soft food for my 4 cats and one dog, along with two bags of dry kibbles for the kitties. One bag was dated to expire in 2010 (that's right----2010) and had broken open, spilling contents throughout the box, into the crevices between the packaged cans. There was NO padding, peanuts, air bags or other cushioning substances to keep the heavy cases of cans from breaking open the kibble bags. Additionally, some of the cans were dented..........These are good products and it is a shame that they are handled so poorly. (A rep did send a replacement bag of kibbles, but the packaging issue is the main concern.

This was a good experience for the most part. The shipping took about a week which i needed it in like three to four days from ordering so that was frustrating with a new puppy in the house, also i started getting frustrated with all the emails they kept sending to remind me to order etc. The products i got were good value and all of them on sale and cheaper than the local store but knowing it takes so long to ship ill most likely just go to my local store for convenience.

I ordered my prescription pet food, wet and dry, between Christmas and New Years. It took two weeks to deliver the wet food and I still have not received the dry food. I checked the tracking number I received in an email on January 7 and it said all products were delivered on January 5. The good review is the price was the best I had seen!

I signed up for updates for when a product would be available. Never received them but the product was available. Also, customer service was not helpful when called. Asked for a substitute and they refused even though the product had not been available for close to a month. Lastly, when I got the product 100 pack, there were only 99 and several pieces were substandard and extremely small in size. Only good thing about them is the price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

when we got our kennels, one of the boxes was open! one of the kennels had several bent parts that prevented us from assembling it.

Ordering was a breeze, however, the dog collar that I ordered does not work. My dogs seem to like the dog food that I ordered.

The company is great. Timely, good customer service, good product, good pricing. The site leaves a lot to be desired. Search for a specific cat food and DOG FOOD ALWAYS comes up. Super frustrating trying to find the items you need.
