Customer service has been very good so far. Prices are very competitive.

My only complaint is I cannot opt out of the excessive promotional emails from petflow. I have tried to unsubscribe 15 times over past 4 months with no luck.

I had a problem receiving my order. I ordered on 4/4/2017 and had not received it by 4/13/2017. After my inquiry, I got help from your customer service which I appreciate. Somehow another order was placed and two days later I received two orders on the same day. Go figure? I appreciate it though, saves me next month's order. Thank you for everything.

My last order was out of stock and arrived very late. This was the first time this has happened so hope this is an isolated incident

Great customer service but product that I bought was too thin not as think as the last time.

I was surprised at how many of the cat food cans were dented especially since we order 2 cases of 24 and they were wrapped. Obviously didn't affect the way the cats ate them just odd that so many had dents like they fell off a truck and were damaged. Great customer service with petflow. Reps made it super easy to order prescription food.

Kind of expensive only buy bully sticks...love sales

I believe they do a good job. I have recommended that they let consumer by two different bags of taste of the wild for discounted price.
