Had what I was looking for, reasonable price and delivered promptly. Unfortunately one of the cans of cat food was busted open and made a smelly mess in the box :(

I ordered two items from the website K9 Advantix 2 and Heartguard Chewables. I received the plea medicine, but never received the heartworm medicine. I never received any correspondence regarding the heartworm medicine I had ordered. I ordered the wrong dosage and my vet declined the request. However, the website never notified me of this and my order was cancelled. I would have ordered the correct dosage and kept my order if I had been notified.

They have a great selection and their pricing is pretty good. Not always the cheapest but convenient. EXCEPT their shipping is slow. My order won't arrive until 12 days after I placed the order - way behind what to expect from other online shipping. Most free shipping orders from other retailers arrives within a week. So, I will have to make a trip to the pet food store anyway to get enough to carry me over so I lose the convenience of online ordering

PetFlow is great for delivery time. I tend to order dog food and get it on time. I don't use Auto-Ship because I heard people complained that they tried to disconnect it if they don't need it. PetFlow is not good for dog toys. I wish PetFlow can tell which toys can be durable with tough dogs. I bought two toys and they were destroyed by my labrador retriever in ONE day! Very disappointed. It would be nice for PetFlow to change different system to show which toys are good for labrador retrievers since lab dogs love to destroy "weak" toys. I did search several websites and I found the other website does show different groups by very tough, tough, gentle, etc. I like that way but their prices are little higher than PetFlow. So I have to search which toys are good in PetFlow then I compare with another website to see if they are good with Lab dogs since PetFlow did not show if they are good or not.

While PetFlow.com does have an extensive line of products and reasonable prices, my experiences trying to place orders and correct their error's has me looking elsewhere for a supplier of pet foods. I've had many problems with PetFlow.com incorrectly charging my credit card, as they corrupt the expiration date of my card and seem unable to correct the error. PetFlow.com this past week has shipped me my order twice, when I only ordered once. My experiences have not been good.

Delighted with product choices and cost. Delighted order arrived on time. NOT DELIGHTED with the sorry state of the box, with the tape barely holding it shut. Amazed it made it in one piece. NOT DELIGHTED that there was a rip in the dry food bag from banging against the sharp edges of the case of canned food. They need to use a filler so what's inside doesn't bang around. Only place I've ever ordered ANYTHING from that doesn't put SOMETHING in to protect what's inside.

I ordered three things from PetFlow: wet cat food, dry cat food, and a cat toy. After I got a notification that my entire order had been shipped, with an order summary that included all of the items I had ordered, I got a separate email indicating that the dry food was out of stock and my credit card would be refunded. I do appreciate the refund, but there were no steps taken to let me know when the item would be back in stock. This was really frustrating to me. Had I known that the dry food was out of stock before I placed my order, I likely would have ordered it from a different website. And now I feel like I can't trust the online inventory. I'm giving my experience three stars because I did receive the other two items in a timely manner, and my credit card was refunded for the out of stock item. But overall I'm not happy with my experience and am not sure if I'll use their website again.

I bought because of their "super fast shipping". Took over a week to get the food. I ended up having to drive to the store and buy more food anyway. What I was trying to avoid!
