I did not receive the promised email a week before my shipment. Therefore, I was unable to make changes. For example, I had too much dog food and too little cat food. I am very disappointed.

calling is much better than emailing. don't think they check emails that often

We receved the shipment and found that the expiration date was in oct. of 2012 this is oct. 2012. We do not feed our pet out dated food! What I don't understand is why you would feel this is ok? I am relutant to give you an other chance.

I was told 2 to 4 days on shipping, I am now on day 9 waiting for products.

This is the second time my box containing a bag of dog food has been left in the rain. The FEDEX driver doesn't have enough brains to put the box in a plastic bag. Just toss it onto the door step. The first time Petflow replaced the bag. This time I got home in time and the bag was only slightly wet. Dump Fedex and go Buster Brown or the Post Office.

Two of my friends order food from you, so it was a good place to start. I was going to be gone for several weeks and wasn't sure if I was going to have enough dog food. I placed the order with my home address for billing, and for delivery - the address we were going to be staying at. I looked in e-mail on Sept 24 and saw the order was shipped out. A week later it still wasn't at the shipping address. I checked e-mail again, saw a confirmation of shipping and a tracking number. I used the tracking number and saw it was delivered to my home on Sept 26. Thankfully it didn't rain. We had a friend from town go out to our house to look for it several times, until it was located by our son on Oct 04-2012. I hope my friends don't get billed for the dog food!

I called to speak to a human so that the change of my email would be done correctly. I had just got an order. I instructed the person to ship my next order 7 weeks from the date I spoke to him. What I got the next week was another order. So I phoned again and told them not to ship again until I personally phoned them with on order.

i bought the pill coz we didnt want stuff on are bed or furnuture didnt work im dissapented
