For the past few years I was given a 24% discount on Petflow. My shipment was for two large bags every 6 weeks. I have been a loyal customer. Yesterday I received an email stating that the discount was changing to 2.4%, a $20 increase on two large bags of food. When I wrote back to cancel the order the response stated that I still had the 24% discount and I would lose it if I canceled. Which is not at all true! I believe I was mislead so I wouldn't cancel my ongoing shipment. I checked the pricing for the next order and it showed a 2.4% discount, not 24%. Amazon has better pricing and better customer service. I cancelled my Petflow order. I'm now a "never" Petflow again.

Sent me the wrong kinda dog food

Just ordered some treats & leash to check out the service...WELL! They claim 2 to 3 business days I got it in 11daysAfter getting messages that I was going to get it the next day, the next day,the next day... cancelEd the order from FedEx and it was delivered by mail??? The puppy teething ring was nothing but a really thin busy bone really and my puppy had gone in five minutes didn’t help her teeth at all! So glad I didn’t sign up for the monthly delivery!!

Y'all canceled my order without contacting me. When i called to find out what was taking so long, i was put on hold and then told it was due to fraud!!!!! I've used the same card for 2 years and NEVER had an issue. How insulting and embarrassing. However, after reading your reviews, i see you cancel a lot of people's orders without notice. So, i guess when you're a crappy company, you need an excuse to give. So why not fraud? Lesson learned. I'll never step outside of Chewy again! I left a review online AND on every social media outlet i have. Fraud!!!???? Seriously????

Was told the next day after ordered that product was backordered. It’s still backordered with no news as to when it will come. This is prescription food that we need. Someone should tell them that just back ordering is not acceptable. Another size package should have been offered or at least give us a tentative date. No one cares!

Not all the problems was the fault of Pet Flow. But it started with an order placed on December 30th. I never received any information from Pet Flow as to what the issue was. I finally called not once but twice in The second week of January. There was a lot of “ finger pointing” but I placed the order with you and ultimately the responsibility was yours. After many phone calls a lot of frustration I finally spoke to someone tonight who said they would fix the issue. I will wait to see. But would I recommend you to ANYONE absolutely not will I look for other alternative’s to order my food of course. It’s really a shame you have great prices and a wide variety, but it’s just not worth the hassle.
