I was so excited to find that I could buy 2 bags of our pups food at a price break. Not to mention the great code I received for being a new customer. The shipping was fast, here in 2 days. The bags arrived in 2 different boxes which is great bc the bags are 30lbs each. The packing material used to ensure safe delivery was perfect. I've already passed this info on to friends that they should try PetFlow and so should you.

fantastic service shipping i usually get my deliveries in under 2 days unfortunately sometimes my items get trashed and destroyed via shipping when this happens i reach out to petflow via the 1800 # that is in the emails they sent to confirm the order immediately they fix the problem you cant get any more better customer service then that.
