Order was not shipped on time. Apparently their was confirmation required on vet perscribed pet food from my vet, however no notification was sent informing me of the delay in shipment or that I needed confirmation. Policy regarding the sale of this type of vet perscribed food is not clear on your web site. Also , this is the third time that a treat item that is on my order has been out of stock and not sent with order. Credit to account was promised by internal customer service rep towards order for lack of communication , but as of yet I have not seen confirmation of credit towards next order on account. Since the shipment was delayed by almost two weeks I was forced to purchase food retail from the vet.

The first and last time I placed an order with them I got the wrong type of food. Even though they issued a refund without delay, they failed to pick up the parcel. When I call them to let them know that the cans we still sitting they told me to dispose of it, which I thought it was wasteful. In the process I had left a voice mail to a supervisor and the call was never returned. There is room for improvement in the customer service.

Ordered on the 11th and delivery on the 19th. And I paid for shipping. that is outragiouse!

First no coupon credit, after I mailed in my coupons. That was my first time ordering. Second order, Janna was gonna fix it for me and get my second order out. Got my email telling me the amount and no coupon credit still. Called and the second girl said she fixed it.. sure hope so. Now it is fri home from work, and still no dog food. Had to go back to town to petsmart and buy my food. I thought this was gonna make my life easy. NOT. well someone call me I want a full credit, as I only have pugs and don't need any more food than I bought at pet smart. 678-423-2845

Ordered treats for my dog more than a week ago. It was shipped a week ago via FedEx. Still have not received them. Evenm the Post Office could have been more efficient. If you need it soon, better find someplace else to buy it.

We struggled to use the Visa and should have been able. Bank said it was O.K. I had to choose another. These heavy items should have been shipped separately; I could not lift it. The box was open in several places. They packed it all in one, risking losing my merchandise. The strapping tape should have been able to handle it. Let's request heavy items to be shipped in the appropriate number of boxes. This looked like a good solution to a mountain home impassable in winter. I'm disappointed.

I placed my order Wed. 10/10/12 and I still do not have my order. IN fact the Fed Ex tracer indicated that the delivery date was pushed out from today, 10/18/12 to 10/19/12. I'm grateful that my cat isn't suffering in the interim and I won't use Petflow.com again. Thank you.

I'm glad you asked! I ordered home-delivered dog food to be shipped every 5 weeks, only to find that I was running out before the next delivery was due. I emailed the company, Petflow, and asked for an earlier date of arrival. I didn't get a response from them, so I wrote again stating that I had to go to the pet store to purchase enough food to hold my dogs for a few more days. Again, my email went unanswered and I ended up having to buy more at the store. I received notice from Fedex that my order had shipped and 7 days later, it finally arrived. Unacceptable service from this website.
