I literally placed the same order 3 times because they kept saying my vet wouldn't approve the order because there is "no current client/patient relationship", so I then called my vet and they said they never had any contact with petflow or the pharmacy they go through. So either the pharmacy they are using is lying or didn't even try. I trust my vet because they have always approved every single order I have placed through chewy.com or allivet.com or any other site. This was my first time trying to use petflow to save some money on the dog food I needed but it wasn't worth the hassle. Never again.

You charged me for Two shipments one day apart then you sent bones too big for my dogs. I do not want to do business with you anymore. Do not send me anything else regards Garrett

Delivery took an extra three days, not due to weather, but because Petflow shipped from a West coast location. Wet food was completely frozen. I think I will go back to their biggest competitor!

When theres an issue the treat you horrible even when it was mistakes made by them and the lue about sending emails you never get.

Sends me arrival dates then cancels my order

It took over a week for you to verify our cat’s prescription food. You said my vet screwed up. They didn’t. You did. Lying to me and your customer rep being rude to me was the last straw. I wouldn’t use your company if you gave your stuff away for free. There is NO excuse for how my family and especially our ill cat was treated. We had to scramble to get her food. At least we could get it locally.

I ordered dog food it came and it was the wrong one. I called and they re ordered it and again the wrong one came. I gave up finally and went elsewhere

I placed an order on January 19. First the order was lost, with no record kept of it. Then when it was misquoted as the wrong type of dog food. I finally canceled it on January 30.
