Need more raw food for cats and high protein.

Fast delivery but some of the dog food cans were dented and the Greenies bag was ripped.

I placed my first order with Petflow and I received the wrong items. I contacted their customer service who quickly sent out a corrected shipment and they had FedEx pick up the wrong product. I'm very pleased with their service and taking care of my puppies needs. Thanks

I like being able to choose not to be put on auto-ordering but rather opt to order whenever I need to (bags of dog food). I get confused about editing an order. For example, if I accidentally order 2 bags of food but only want one, I cannot easily change it to 1 bag. Also, I don't know how to unsubscribe to so many emails. I receive way too many and can't even find how to unsubscribe to emails.

I tried PetFlow after hearing about Chewy being acquired by Petsmart. I wanted to see if PetFlow would be a good replacement for Chewy in case things did go south with Chewy. While their selection is great and shipping is free for orders over $49, I did not like the slower shipping speed and the website design (it's a little busy and crowded). I do, however, love the referral program!

At first it was really great and the prices are better than what I find in stores. I loved that the shipments would arrive so quickly. But recently, my last two orders apparently have been out of stock in closer warehouses, making my delivery date being pushed out further. I know it would be difficult to specify where the items are in stock when a customer is browsing, but it would be helpful if, when a customer gets to check out, there can be a disclaimer to show which items will be shipped from further locations based on the shipping address.

It is a product I have used before, so I knew what to expect from this product. Chicken Soup for the Soul is a good product.
